Parking lot re-pavement, repairs, and concrete repairs will be in progress from September 4th through September 20th , 2024, in various sections of the Fireside
Condominium Property.
THE MAIN DRIVE FROM THE PROPERTY ENTRANCE TO BLDG. 126 AND THE
PARKING COURT AT BLDG. 118 WILL BE REPAIRED AND REPAVED STARTING ON SEPT 11th , 2024. WEATHER PERMITTING. THIS INCLUDES THE VISITOR PARKING ALONG THE FENCE, PERMIT SPACES ACROSS FROM THE FENCE, AND ALL SPACES FOR BUILDINGS: 118,120,122, AND 124.
THE MAIN DRIVE FROM THE PROPERTY ENTRANCE TO BLDG. 100 WILL BE REPAIRED AND REPAVED ON SEPT 12th , 2024. WEATHER PERMITTING. THIS INCLUDES THE VISITOR PARKING SPACES ALONG THE FENCE AND THE PERMIT SPACES ACROSS FROM THE VISITOR FENCE.
ALL VEHICLES WILL NEED TO BE PARKED IN OTHER SPACES OUTSIDE OF THESE PARKING AREAS. VEHICLES NOT MOVED BY 7:30 A.M WILL BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PARKING SPACE WITHIN THE COMMUNITY AND THE OWNER WILL BE
CHARGED $50.00.
