Michael Bonsby Plumbing will begin hydro jetting the

kitchen stacks in your building. Hydro-jetting helps to clear the pipes of grease and

starchy item build up in the pipes. During the hydro-jetting process residents on the

ground floor will either need to be present or allow Fireside personnel to enter their unit

to ensure that grease and water do not back up into the kitchen sink and potentially flood

the unit. Residents have the responsibility to make certain that THE KEY in the onsite

office WORKS to your unit.

FIRESIDE AND/OR MICHAEL BONSBY PLUMBING WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR UNIT IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT AND/OR IF THE KEY TO YOUR UNIT DOES NOT WORK.

Every resident can help to ensure that backups and buildups do not happen in the pipes by placing grease and starchy items such as rice, pasta, beans, potatoes, bread, and other food items into the trash and NOT the garbage disposal. Blockages cause greasy water to back up into and over the kitchen sink and onto the countertops and floors. The clean up for backups is costly and totally unnecessary if all residents properly dispose of food items.

Please help reduce costs for everyone and the inconvenience of backups to lower floor residents by doing your part and placing your greasy, starchy items into the trash every time. Thank you.
